Default Clutch Slipping and Clutch Fork to be used in a '94 GT with a TKO

About 4 years (And 20k miles) ago my dad and I swapped my AODE for a TKO. We used a '94 clutch fork and I later learn that the '93 and earlier clutch for should be used when using a TKO transmission. While my car seems to have driven fairly well in this time, I have never been 100% satisfied with my clutch adjustment.

Down to my predicament, my clutch has been slipping in the past weeks, I assumed it was because my oil leak from the rear main seal was reaching the clutch. But now I have a suspicion that these 20k miles of aggressive clutching with the wrong clutch fork may be the culprit as well.

I will be replacing my rear main seal very soon (Which I also replaced when I did the tranny swap) and I happen to have a spare clutch already, so my question is, should I switch to a '93 or earlier clutch fork while I'm at it? Or has the '94 clutch fork been correct all along?

You need the 79-93 fork if you use the aluminum bellhousing.

http://www.darkhorseperformance.com/ sells it for $39

Turns out I already have it. I'm assuming my oil leak has reached the clutch. I'm in the process of removing the transmission to get to the clutch and replace it, I'll know for sure when I see the clutch. But as for clutch adjustment I probably need an adjuster quadrant and/or firewall adjuster along with the adjustable cable.
