I got some questions / maybe you guys can help me out w/ this???
1.) I see these ALOT on ebay. I have a 94' GT what is the purpose of the Caster/ Camber plates?
let me know!!
2.)Also w/ the few mods that i have below.. will it be a good idea to put the cobra 24lb injectors w/ a Pro 77mm mass air meter?
3.) I want to put 3.73 gears on my stang (automatic) i cant decide what brand to put on it? anyone know which is a better brand for gears?
4.) Any comments on switching my stang to MSD?
5.) What should be my NEXT mod for getting more horsepower?
OHHH and last but not least!!!!
6.) Can anyone recommend me some good springs to lower my car? i want to lower maybe 1" all around or even 1.5" (BUT NO MORE THAN 1.5")
1.) caster/camber plates are for adjusting your caster and camber on your front end. they install above the strut towers under the hood. they are mostly used for realigning the front end of a lowered car. 2.) i dont think the 24lb. injectors and 77mm mass air meter would be a bad thing but you wouldn't see ant major gains. 3.)genuine Ford Motorsport gears are the best way to go. 4.) with your list of mods an MSD would give you next to zero benefits. the stock ignition is good for a pretty good amount of h.p. 5.)for a good performance mod would be to go with those 3.73 gears you were talking about. youi could also go with a diablo chip and im sur others will come up with some more mods for ya. 6.) i always recommend Suspension Techniques lowering springs. i've had them on two stangs and they are going on my cobra very soon. they lower the car approx. 1.25" (sounds like just about what you are looking for) whatever you do, stay away from Eibach, they make your car ride like it has no shocks! all those other cheap springs are a waste of money too! remember, you get what you pay for. hope this helps you a bit. and please remember these are just my opinions.

Just what badass97 gt said, 3.73 GEARS!! Another good power gain is a offroad H or X pipe. I got a 94 Gt and the H pipe made a hell of a gain. The sound is bad ass too!!

Anyone else have an opinion on what the best SPrings to lower my car anywhere from 1- 1 1/2. i was actually going to go w/ the Eibach springs... Ive never rode them though i dont know what they feel like.
i have felt them, and they feel like crap! believe me, i've had 5 mustangs. suspension techniques are the way to go,H&R springs are also pretty nice from what i've heard. but Eibach rides like a rock. its just a big name, so everyone buys them. my friend actually took them off his car after having them on there for only a month! anyway,im sure others will give you there opinions on different springs.

from what i've heard, steeda springs are the same springs as ford motorsports.

1. Like what has been said already, but use Maximum Motorsports CC plates. They use a forth hole design that is much stronger than most
2. With your mods I would stay away from the 24lbs injectors. A 70mm meter would be a nice complement to your 65mm TB (thumb of rule: 5mm over TB)
3. 3.73 would work fine
4. I like MSD. Much better rev limiter
5. Do the gears, then heads
6.

Any spring will make your car ride like it has no shocks, if it has no shocks! Lowering springs should be installed with a good shock! Eibachs are just fine. I have them on my 94 Cobra and they work great. I also installed a set of Bilsteins. My Cobra rides great! And it handles much better. Don’t rely on springs to do the job of the shocks/struts

I think MAC has 4 bolt CC plates as well that are pretty cheap. You would definitley need them when you lower your car. Gears should definitely be the next mod on your GT. Being you have an automatic you should go with 4.10's and I think all brand of gears do the same thing as long as they are set right. You shouldn't have to worry about going with the 24lbs injectors unless your going to have your GT supercharged or a turbo installed. Get a 75mm Pro-M and make sure it is flanged and is calibrated for your stock 19lb injectors. Also a 70mm throttle body would be a pretty nice bolt-on as well. Makes a pretty cool whistling noise when you get on it. That's my two cents!!
the reason Eibach may feel like they ride like a rock is because they are meant for cornering not drag racing.
drag springs will ride nice and cushy. i have Eibachs and they are stiff, but i wouldnt say like a rock, remember that the shocks you use will also make a big difference in how the car handles and feels.
instead of putting on larger injectors and bigger mass air why dont you save your money and get a different set of heads first since you already got the cobra upper and lower. this will def get you more hp. or if you can wait and save up even more money do the heads and cam at the same time.
