Exhaust for the 95 GT ...What sounds good?

Just got a BBK Offroad H pipe and now Im looking for some LOUD mufflers to run on it. I would run straight pipes but that darn sound ordiance. Im looking for obnoxious! I heard great things about the Magna Flow series and how loud they are when hooked up to an H pipe. I just wanted everyones opnion on the subject. MustangExhuast.com is a great site by the way! NO FLOWMASTER OR DYNOMAX...there both very cheap and VERY tinnie sounding. I cant stand either of those two.

No muffers. Thats what we run on my wifes' stang. Its a custom setup and is no louder that an aftermarket setup until you get on it, then it screams!

Have you heard the flowmaster 1 chamber mufflers? Not the american thunder 2 chambers, but the 1 chamber racing mufflers. They are raspy and loud as all heck! If you don't think their good enough, then you'll probably want to go no mufflers.

Spyder, I like the story about the imports and stree racing. I'm sick of racing VTEC's with a CAI and a muffler.

How can you say that Flowmaster's are a cheap muffler? I just don't understand. Yes, they are a very common exhaust on the 5.0, but for very good reason. They sound really good, especially if you actually have something done to your car. With an off-road h-pipe the sound is one of a kind. I guess everyone has different tastes, you like an obnacious sound that will turn most people off and most other people like a really clean, good throaty sound from a Flowmaster. Not trying to be a ****, just expressing my opinion.

I guess I should have not said cheap. When I boasted cheap I ment its the FORD's version of the 350 in that matter. I have the wanting tot ry something diffrent. If everyone does the same thing what fun is that at the strip?

everyone does the same thing becuase its proven to work. or in this case sound good. U shouldnt care if ur car sounds like the others, u should care to make it faster then the others. not sayin its slow. by the way, u got a 14.6 out of the aode? with those mods listed? what kinda tires? i sure hope i run that or better, with similar mods. 94 GT, aode, bolt ons. no shift kit though.. i know how much the tranny sucks now, i cant wait to get the tranny sorted out...

get borla. sounds very distinctive...not the typical flowmaster sound. i have the cat back w/ bassani xpipe and bbk headers. I'm very happy with my exhaust.

you want obnoxious????....FLOWMASTER ONE CHAMBER MUFFLERS is the way to go.
