Unhappy 1995 5.0 no spark please help me

ok so here it goes. first off let me say me first 3 cars were 5.os. 91 lx, 94 gt, 86 gt , and now i got this beautifull 95 gt convertible for 3000 of cr. i new i had equity in the car and have ben googiling my probs with this car and getting referenced here ever since, i have sadley hit a brick wall. heres the deal. first background on the car for all those who know what there talking about cause i sure dont. the car ran wen i bought it but rough. i brought it to the shop and asked my machanic to look at it and tell me everything it needed. pretty much he told me the car was "dummeyed up" n he wouldent touch it. there are no o2 sensors. theres plugs on the drivers side under the center console like underneath the raido that werent even plugged in and seem to have no reason to b there. just a hack job electriclley over all. everything seems to b bypassed. so heres my deal. i bought it n replaced the intake to cold air , did a mass air sensor, valve cover gaskets and remooved the distributer. "top end came off wen i did the valve cover gaskets'. I DIDDENT KNOW WHAT THE HELL I WAS DOOING WEN I PULLED THE DISTRIBUTER AND DDNT MARK THE DIZZY. i pulled numer 1 spark plug and found tdc by turning the moter by hand untill i felt compression n set to o. dropped in distributer tightend down but ddnt time yet it was dark. started her up with alot of trouble but did get her going. had to keep it running with the peddle. killed it and had a buddy come over the next day, i should mention plugs and wires are brand new as well at this point and are run the rite way. the next day i found tdc again to b sure it was perfect. couldent get it started again. i had 12 volts off the coil but no spark from the coil. i replaced the coil and ignition controll modual. still 12 volts but no spark!!!!! i checked the ohms coming from the upper intake to firewall during a crank and it was 10 ohms. not sure wat that means but i was told it should b no more than 3. i checked the ohms from the block to firewall, alt neg and housing to frame and neg bat to frame and read ol. what the hell is going on here. im at a standstill. i love my car and cant afford to send it to ford to diagnose. any ideas guys would b AWSOME.
