Will GT40P Explorer Headers work on SN95 Stangs & are they Ford Racing GT40P Headers?

Anyone know if the GT-40 P headers off the 5.0 Explorers will work with the '94-'95 Mustang. I have a set of GT-40 P heads and used Motorsport 1 5/8 headers and are a PITA to change a few plugs. I didnt know if these headers are the same as the headers that are found in Ford Racing book that claim to be GT-40 P headers.

I would think the headers would have to be the same.. they don't want to cast two different models for the same heads... i could be wrong tho..

i meant the headers though. i found a set of gt-40 p headers on ebay and i didnt know if they were the same as ford racing gt-40 p headers

MAC makes "P" specific headers for the SN95. Ford only makes "P" headers for fox as far as I know. The smog will not be the same and I don't know if the fit will be the same.

You sure don't want the headers off of and explorer.They would't work without some serious exhaust mods and they are alot smaller than the headers u are now running.

i just got me a set if they r cheap get them they will work i have the proff paid 100.00 cant beat it
