Cast/Camber plates needed for 94GT; what should I buy??
I have a 94 GT that I just lowered with Eibach sportline springs. I havent driven it yet because the engine is out but I am thinkin I should replace the CC plates. What brand would you guys go? I looked on ebay and found a steeda kit and then found a kit from TMD and it doesnt really say a brand but it almost looks like its built better then the steeda. Any suggestions? Here are the links
My personal opinion: Go with maximum motorsports 4 bolt CC plates.
Great quality, fit, and adjustability. They may be a bit more expensive, but you won't regret it.
I looked at theirs too. The only thing I didnt know about was it mentioned that it was for coil over springs. I didnt know if they meant that it would work with coil overs or if that is the only setup it was good for.

they will work for your set up. Their kit also includes spacers so that the struts have the same amount of travel as they did when at stock height wich is a plus. The set of CC plastes that I had before (MAC) did not have that, so my struts would always get messed up after only a couple of months because of the lack of travel
forgot to mention, that their CC plates are the only one (that I know of) that would allow you to correct negative camber to stock-like with a 2" drop, wich is my set up.

I am thinking that I may need to get a bump steer kit. I was looking under the car and the steering seems to be pretty level with the arm even at the 2" drop. If it is level do I still need a bump steer kit?

Pretty much everything I've read recommends that when you do a 2" drop you should do the bump steer kit as well as the replacement ball joints that Steeda sells. This way the front end geometry can be set up correctly.
