Default Won't start hot

hey my engine is having trouble starting...it will only start when it's fully cooled down, but even then i have some trouble. When driving the engine dies whenever i stop at a light, and no it won't start right back up.
Any idea where i should start?....ignition module?

any help would be much appretiated, thanks

A tune up would be a great place to start.

Do you have any mods? Like a cam or long tube headers? The cam could cause idle issues and the LT headers could fry your starter if you dont have a heat sheild on it.

(basically stock)
Soon to be installed: Street Heat intake, Twisted Wedge heads, Anderson Ford B-31 cam, BBK LT headers, BBK mid pipe w/ cats, BBK 75mm throttle body, AFM power pipe, Pro M-80 MAF, FRPP 30 lb. injectors, BBK 255 lb./hr. fuel pump, H&R race springs, Bilstein shocks/struts, FRPP FR500 steering wheel.
(not so stock)

ignition module or an ignition coil is your problem .

Yep, the ignition modules overheat and quit and then cool down and start working again.

mine is doing the same thing.but it only started after i did a head swap with tfs tw's,tfs track heat intake,70mm tb,80mm pro-m maf,30lb inj.timing chain,crane hi6s ign.1.7 rr's.i thought it was to much fuel pressure but i backed it off and it still stalls when hot.also intalled msd pro billet dis.,ngk plugs.took off all smog and a/c stuff.replaced all the vac lines and checked for leaks.and still stalls.i guess the module is next.
