Whats involved in changing from an auto to a manual transmission ?

I have a 1994 mustang with an automatic transmission. I was wondering how difficult is it to change that transmission to a manual?

basically it just swaps out . you need a clutch pedal assembly a manual trans , a flywheel and a clutch and cable . there is a mustang recycler that sells everything used in a kit to swap it out . They used to advertise in mmff but I'm not sure if they still do .
