Angry 95 Mustang GT NO SPARK AT COIL HELP

I recently blew the motor in my 95 mustang gt 5.0(5 speed tranny). and replaced it with a 302 from a 91 Lincoln mark vii but the harness didn't come with the motor and my old harness was junk from the block breaking and belt grabbing it ripping it apart so I threw it away.SO I went and bought a different one that came off of a 94 gt 5.0(automatic transmission). so what I have now is a 95 5.0 with original ecm programed for mustang with a 5 speed transmission with a 91 Lincoln mark8 302 motor (which I don't think is an issue) and a motor harness from a 94 gt 5.0 with wiring for an automatic transmission which means I have plugs on the harness that aren't plugged in because mines a 5 speed. HERES THE PROBLEM: I have full power throughout the car fuel pump kicks on, there is fuel at the rail. the starter is aftermarket and starter turns the flywheel by push button, so even if theres a starter switch or not that normally wouldn't allow the starter to turn I wouldn't know. SO THERE IS 12 VOLTS AT THE COIL BUT NO SPARK COMING OUT OF THE COIL. my distributor has also been rebuilt by a well educated amateur and seems to be built fine but the problem is before the distributor so I don't think this could be the issue ( but im no expert).could the problem be in the different harnesses? pin placement at main plug? neutral safety switch somewhere it should or shouldn't be placed in the harness? or possibly bad coil? distributor at fault sending or not sending correct signal back to computer to allow spark at the coil? where do u think the problem is at ? please help me

Take the TFI off and take it to the parts store and have them test it. They need to run the test multiple times to generate enough heat to simulate driving conditions - they fail due to heat, so if it doesn't get hot, it may not be an accurate test.

My guess is there must be a difference with the harness. Hold the plug ends up to each other and see if all the terminals are all in the same spot. Maybe there is a blank cavity where there should be a wire. And make sure all grounds are hooked up and fuses are all good. The shop I work at put a used engine in a customers car and it came with the engine harness, if I remember right it wouldn't start either turn over all day. And it was a wire that went no where on the other part of the harness.
