Default Hesitates & White Smoke

I have a new weird problem, anybody no why my car hesitates and i'm blowing a little white smoke but not overheating and theres no antifreeze in the oil? Can anything besides a cracked head or head gasket cause this?

The white smoke could be just water condensation, or gasket leak, have the car checked doing a leakdown test. This will reveal a headgasket problem.

The hesitation could be anything, a plug wire, bad plug, rotor, coil, dist...etc...

Have you scanned the EEC for problem codes?

So you don't believe the two are connected? I wasn't sure if a blown head gasket would cause the hesitation. The car also runs really cold and the top radiator hose seems to have alot of pressure. Could a intake gasket leak cause the white smoke? Its not alot of smoke but its pretty constant. I didn't replace them with new ones when I installed the heads. I no I have alot of questions but I don't have a good mechanic I trust to drop my car off to. If anybody has one near Hazel Park MI please give me his address. Thanks.
