Well, in order to take full advantage of your supercharger you would need to get heads and an u/l intake and a cam. At that point you would also want to get a larger throttle body and mass air matched to larger injectors. Then top it off with a good dyno tune.
If you want to keep things as is (since you just had it apart for a head gasket change) then you could get a new fuel filter, a 190 or 255 lph fuel pump, ditch the FMU, buy 30lb injectors (with an eye towards future mods), get a larger mass air calibrated for your injector size, and top it off with a good tune. How much power will that be worth? 20-30 rwhp maybe since the PCM is now controlling exactly how much fuel is being metered out.
Looking at your mileage (170K). I might just run it as is until I saved up enough money for a built short or long block and then you can do all of your mods at once when the engine is out.
