Default Electric Fan issue

Hey guys, I recently picked up a 95 gt. I've noticed that the electric fan runs nearly 98% of the time the engine is running. Even when the motor is not fully warmed up, the fan will turn on full blast. Once the engine is warmed up the operating tempature remains right between the o and the r, so there's no cooling issues. I took it into a mechanic last week and he replaced the control module located on the fan unit and the tempature sensor on the intake manifold, which did nothing to solve the problem. Also, in the service record, the electrical fan unit was replaced at one point, as well as just the motor itself about a year later. I'm thinking there is probably some type of faulty relay that is causing this to happen. I took it by ford last week, but they couldn't come up with a recall list for any car older than 10 years, which I find odd. Are there any recalls for the 95 gt's that might cure this problem? I might end up just throwing a manual switch on it, if I can't get it fixed. Help me out guys! thanks:thumbsup

These year mustangs are notorious for having electric fan issues, mine wouldn't come on at all so I wired a switch to the low speed fan and it works fine. I have a fan controller that will activate the fan 180* that I am going to install this fall.
