Default Yellow headlights

Hello all!!
The headlights on my 95 GT are yellow! They are ugly, and I think the efficiency at night is affected as well. Can these be cleaned, or should I just replace them/ If that is the case can somebody point me in the direction to where I may find some replacements, and what I might be spending?
Thanks!!

a great way to fix those is to use sos pads to scuff up the surface then make sure its clean and dry then spray on a nice even coat of clear coat did it to my 91 they looked brand new

You can clean them but they'll just yellow again, and faster than before. That's just the nature of the beast when mix plastic lenses and UV rays.
