Default 94 95 5-speed swap guy or shop

Hey guys, I got an automatic and it probably needs to re-built and I've always wanted a good 5-speed. Now I know about the parts I need, but I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good-stang, "tranny-sway guy" or shop. I would prefer a stang shop, but any shop will do. I live near Irvine, CA and am willing to drive or tow under 100 miles. If you have had it done before and can reccommend someone please let me know asap. Maybe even someone that could get me all the parts I need and install them. KNOW ANYONE? My car is in the shop and am debating the re-build or swap. Let me know guys or ladies.
