Default what is the stock size of throttle body?

What is the stock size throttle body on our 94/95 cars and with stock intake but 11psi powerdyne what would be a good upgrade choice 65mm or 70 mm aftermarket t/b? do i need any modification for proper fitment? ease of installation?

i think stock is 60mm. with 11 psi. you may want to go with a 75mm or at least the 70mm. but i think the 75mm would be the best.

Yes the stock TB is 60mm. Going to a 75mm TB with a stock intake will not do you any good. A 70mm will do just fine. In all honesty, changing the TB by itself with a stock manifold will not net you much power, even with 11 lbs from a s/c.

With your set up, I would say 5-8 hp at most. The Cobra upper and GT 40 upper intakes use the same lower intake. I have no upper intake due to the Kenne Bell supercharger that takes the place of it.

I measured my T/B and it was 58 mm and the intake was 65mm do the 75 or 70 mm T/B will fit or do you need to grind-off the intake manifold.

They will fit just fine. They will just be larger than the upper intake opening and therefore create turbulence in the intake track.

No, it will not. What you want, idealy, is smooth transistions between mating parts. This promotes smooth air flow. Turbulent airflow will ultimately lead to uneven air disturbution to the cylinders and less power.

That depends on what you want to do down the road. If you plan on more mods that will make use of a larger TB, then get a 70 or 75mm. Just keep in mind it is not optimal for your stock application and will not generate a noticeable boost in power. A 65mm, however, is optimal for a stock application. It boils down to what your long term plans with your car are.

Typically, on a near stock application, you will only see about 5 hp at most.

Your brother started out with 45 more hp than you. You will need gears to get a good jump on him and intake/heads to beat him.
