were to find rebuilt/new 5 sd transmission

I'm just completing my mods on a 94 gt, but now I need to either rebuild my tranny or purschase a new one. I have the factory T5, and I spoke with 2 shops around my house, and they both of their estimates were the same price for a new tranny. Can someone help me find a shop that rebuilds trannys for a nice price or if not were should I purchase a new tranny. Thanks
