He's got a slightly different setup now running mid 10's..
Now i'm not trying to say you should be running 10's at all! I'm just trying to show that you don't need a ton more power to lower your quater mile times! Something is definately holding you back though, and it seems suspension related. Now im not sure if you just want more power to go faster in the quater... or to just go faster literally lol. But i would definately go talk to Jay at camshaftinnovations, he will make you a cam for your exact combo. It'l cost about $400 but if you go over and register on sbftech.com before you order, he will give you free freight shipping
Just for an example of some of Jay's work

Jay is working on a project called Red Death it's a 1989 Mustang Sedan running with a set of gt-40P heads, gears, one of his cams etc... Running completely N/A and running a 11.53 at 117.1.
