Personally, I have never had a car that I put one on that wasn't more responsive. More power... well not a lot, but the driveability always was better. Plus with the added electrical power, you can open your spark plug gaps more to create a larger spark.
Now, with a blower or any other forced induction, the cylinder pressure increases (Duh!) So, it takes more electrical force to jump the gap on a plug. So, the MSD provides more electrical power. Hence it will jump the gap quicker and probably will allow you to run a slightly wider gap and make more power with the increased cylinder pressure. So, in short... Get one.
