Default Rear Suspension Install

I just picked up a pair of steeda aluminum upper and lower control arms for my 95 GT. I'd like to install them myself and am looking for a good "how to" article to guide me through the process from start to finish. Doesn't seems like it should be too tricky, I've just read that dealing with the springs can get a bit touchy, especially on the sn95s. My biggest question rests in getting the springs off and then back on again once the arms are in.

If anybody could post a link or write up a legit procedure, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Great article , make sure the car is supported good (body not rearend) jack the rearend up a little while the car is supported and loosen the shocks including the quad shocks and you should be able to pull your springs out. hope this helps!

They're not the weight jackers, they're the black ones with red bushings. They're really light though, just not adjustable like I think the weight jackers are.
