Default 94 GT Conv Power Windows problem

I'm in need of some help. I took the door skins off of my car (94 GT Convertible) to repaint the accents and when I put them back on I've ran into some trouble. Neither door's power windows are working. I can't leave out the fact that I was also doing some rewiring behind the stereo, but i don't know if that had anything to do with it or not. Everything is hooked up fine, I checked the circuit breaker under the steering column and it's not getting power. is there a fuse/circuit breaker under the hood that pushes power to this fuse in the car? any help would be greatly appreciated. the windows worked fine prior to this. i'm hoping i just blew a fuse or somethin dumb... lol. thanks in advance.

there are a total of three harnesses that you unplug when you take of the door panels, 1. windows/doorlocks(this harness unscrews from the doorpanel), 2. the power mirrors, 3. the harness to the window motor located at the bottom of the panel near the end of the door. check to see that you have plugged in the harness to number #3 as this harness can be easily overlooked. there are also high current fuses under your hood in a black fusebox behind the battery. these take large maxi fuses and you will need to check those as well. Use a flashlight when checking these fuses because some of them are very dark and hard to see through when checking for breaks in the fuse.
