Default deepdish Wheel question

Wheel Style: Bullitt Wheel Size: 17x10.5"
Wheel Backspacing: 6.85" (174mm) Wheel Offset: +28mm (1.10")
Tires: 315/35-17

Going to purchase 2 of these for the back of my 95 GT with tailpipes. Also going to be running the Steeda sport springs. Does anyone see any rubbing problems? will i have to remove or reverse the quad shocks?

Thanks

I talked to the guys at Mustang Tuning, and they said as long as you order the ones for 94 to 2004, they fit with no issues.
