Alright. Just bought a 1994 5.0 liter V8.. I went to go get it inspected and it didnt pass! The people i purchased the vehicle from said that it had a cam in it and it was barely legal in my state.. Come to find out it isnt legal at all.. How much would it cost to get cams that will pass Utah State emissions?

Try loosening the exhaust from the headers right in front of the cats. adding clean air after the headers could get it passed if they don't notice a huge exhaust leak.

Well come to Texas, they dont give a rats ass about emissions... I have no cats, no mufflers and still got my 12.50 inspection

Check your laws, especially since you bought it that way, When we used to have those stupid tests, we could get a waiver if it cost too much to repair.
