i think is missfire or could it be a bad lifter..i need help guys.
theres one spark plug in the passenger side towards the back that when its dark i could see tiny blue sparks coming from the boot i tryed another spark plug and wire but is still there and the car has a noise that it could be misfiring or also sounds like a bad lifter, when cold i have to crank it up 2 or 3 times because it turns off and about 2 months i had to replace that spark plug because it was cracked, once the car warms up it runs better but i still get that tick......tick............tick i need help guys. thanks

I think the key here is that you are hearing a Tick Tick Tick. Thats usually the sound of a bad lifter.

what would a headerand or exhaust leak sound like?

More of a Pop and mainly under load if its not leaking too bad.
