Default Lifter Replacement

ok so i did some research and i have a colapsed lifter.i have a tick noise comming out the right passenger side of my car it sounds like a diesel engine tick tick tick tick. my questions was if i find out it is a bad lifter is it worth replacing all of em and while im at it should i replace the cam ? if i do replace the cam im looking for low end power i dont much care for hi end mid rand would be great too. any recommends on headers too ? i have a 95 stock gt the only thing ive done to it is get hiflow cats and my msd distributor. would the collapsed lifter be the cause of why when ifloor my car it doesnt wana go and slowly and gradually pics up speed then its like if the engine is fine ? i read a post before where the guy had the same problem he could sometimes get the car to pick up speed easily when he stepped on the gas but other times it was this gradual slow thing it went through as if it wasnt getting spark. any help is appreciated thanks again guys.

If you are gonna replace one you might as well replace them all if you can afford it. Unless you just like tearing motors apart. I wouldn't go into the cam thing unless you have a lot of time and money and the know how or some buddies to help.
