Default Suspension or Heads?

I am deciding between heads and a new suspension. I think I am getting to that point where i can't add much more power w/ out proper suspension. Is this right? I know a guy selling really nice ARP heads for 950, and a new suspension would be right around there, a little less. Which do I do?> Or is there something else in the 1,000$$ range I could do..... Thanks

suspention is always a must before the performance upgrades whats the point of having power if you cant use it the heads are nice but the guy in the camaro next to you will be gone and you will just be roasting My brother just got a set of lift bars last summer they replace your lower control arms, the make it so all the cars weight during weight transfer is put on your rear wheels not slamming the car but just putting enough on so that you hook up then your gone look into them they are best buy right now, although they might be back ordered for a while

Default Depends

On whether you want 1/4 mile track design or road racer specs. Maximum motorsport has a great selection for your car - check their "boxes" out. $1000 will just about do you with one of their kits.

If you're just interested in what the car will do in the 1/4 or 1/8 mile, look at the Lakewood brand.

Looks like you already have decent front brakes - you might consider upgrading those rear brakes too.

you should really think about what you what to use your stang for a joy rider or a drag car or a short/long open track racer, anything you do from here should depend on what you really like to do with your car
