I dunno how bad Dyno tunes are where you live, but it's about 299 here for the first one, and 100 for each one after that. If you take it to them they can adjust it for the stochiometric air/fuel for you and there won't be any guess work.
And for some reason I think it's 6-8 psi TOTAL over your current, not per injector.
Get your pressure set, put your high octane in and then start advancing one degree at a time. Keep in mind if it's cool outside when you set it up and then changes to warmer and you are about 1 degree from pinging, it will most likely ping in the warmer weather.
