Default Slight hesitation on accel

Yesterday i was driving in my 94 cobra and i was criusing 2nd gear at 30mph(w/3.73)and stomped on it and it had a slight hesitation for about one second and then accelerated fine after.this problem is very intermitent and i want to say it happens when the engine is below operating temp.i was wondering if this might be a common issue with you guys on here? and also, how do i set my TPS sensor voltage for my 94 model 5.0? is there a plug-in digital reader like for the fox body models.

When I bought my car it had a hesitation on accel. I found the timing was off. Changing the timing gave it a quicker response. Maybe check your timing if you haven't already.

With the engine cold it may be in your IAC. Also the TPS isn't adjustable on the SN95s, the bolt holes would be oval .

with a timing gun point it down towards the harmonic balancer there are some numbers there that you have to point it at. There is also a little thing by the air box that you must pull to time. Maybe some one can describe it better to you but thats a ruff idea
