If your idea is solve idle or tuning problems dont waste your money on the PIH kit, better get it dyno tuned with a chip.
The Fox computer might "fix" some problems but you would still need a chip to get the most out of your combo.
The "limitations" of the SN95 EEC IV are really nothing "special" at this time, most dyno/chip shops would know how to tune your combo with the stock SN95 EEC.
I had a setup close to yours, and used a EEC-Tuner board to program my EEC, zero problems, great idle, and a decent performance boost.
BTW, pro-M is now owned by Granatelli, and im not sure if they still make the PIH kit.
