1994 Mustang Instrument Cluster Swap for 1994 Cobra Cluster Question?
okay i have a question regarding this circuit board that plugs into the cluster. i recently acquired a 1994 cobra instrument cluster since my original gt cluster was boring looking and sun faded. now my question is what is this circuit board for? should i use the one that came with the cobra cluster or the one that was on the original gt cluster?
here are the pics

To play advocate's devil here (not to undermine lxarlo): but how sure of you on that answer (i dont know). My thought would be that the chip wouldn't be removable if they were the same, so the GT has different settings and should be re-used on the same car/comp. Take it with a grain of wheat.

You can use the circuit board that was in the Cobra instrument cluster. I did this exact same swap in my 94 GT, and it works perfect.
