Split fire is good, or any other copper plug.

I go with the NGK iridium's they have been awsome in my stang, and it is very temperamental when it comes to plugs. They are a little pricey but worth the cash.

Just don't get platinums.
If you're naturally aspirated, I wouldn't drop all that green on iridiums.
Motorcraft coppers are probably best.

Motocraft coppers are good, I only use NGK iridium in my bikes and you notice a huge difference there. ($12 a plug)

Better coil is also a good idea, if you have motorcraft or NGKs.

There are as many different answers to that as there are brands of coils. I like Crane or MSD personally.

i've read on here that some people have had some problems with the high-end spark plugs. So just a forewarning, if you start having problems, go back to the cheap ones.
