OK guys. Here is my first post outside of the new members forum. My hubby, whom apparently I love to utter distraction, is modifying his sn95 mustang and I am on a needle in the haystack search for parts. Don't know what is okay and what isn't because he has his heart set on a Borla side exhaust with SVO side skirts! Talk about IMPOSSIBLE to find. He has been looking for a couple of years at stuff and this year I decided hey, go ahead and get to work on your car! Thought it would be easy enough, but now Borla doesn't make the kit and I can't find the side skirts embossed with SVO. Found the exhaust he wanted, but I am at a brick wall on the other parts.
This will be the first of many posts, because this is the first piece he wants to work on.
He has already lowered his car, put in new springs, shocks/struts, new control arms, as well as some minor engine mods. Can't remember them all, sorry. Very mechanically challenged that is me , so if I seem ignorant, I probably am.
My main question is where would I find the side skirts and is it even possible to put them on his car???
Any help would be appreciated. By the way, he has had this car since he turned 18 and if it came down to me or the car, I am not sure which one would go!!

i hope he would take you over the car. as far as theside skirts i don't know where to find them out at. but what is he going for looks or power?

www.mustangsunlimited.com used to sell that kit - they might still have some in stock if its no longer listed on their site.

Rousch makes an excellent setup, too.

Be advised, its really not a great idea to do this on a convertible, just in case that's your intention (the convertibles need subframe connectors, and you can't cut through them to add side exhausts without messing up the subframe).

He wants both looks and power. He likes the way the SVO side skirts looks, but likes the power that the Borla exhast offers. Anyways, thanks for the quick replies. I will try both of these places and take a look at the Rousch as well!

I have a set of black Roush side skirts on my 95 convertible now, might be interested in selling them if you would be interested.
