Default Better ET with 5-spd?

I am currently running 14.4 on motor in the 1/4, with my mods listed below. I have been wanting to put in a t-5 for a while. I am really good with shifting through gears and wanted to know what you guys think my stang would run in the 1/4 by swapping the aode with a 5-spd. Also, how much more horsepower can I expect to free up?

Something like 2-5% will be freed up. It'll lower your 1/4 to maybe 14.2 if you can grab the gears well. The AOD will be more consistent for brackets until you are REALLY good with the stick.

I ran a best of 13.87 with my 5 speed. Same performance mods but no t-body/intake. On the drivetrain I have a Stage 3 Zoom Clutch, Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel, FRPP Aluminum Driveshaft, and 4.10 Gears.

You'll free up about 8-10% more HP at the rear wheels so that should theoretically equate to a 0.5sec quicker ET. The problem is that the extra HP could be spun away if traction isn't good and you definitely won't shift gears faster than an auto with a shift kit, so you could only gain 2-3 tenths at best. Your trap speed should be 2-3mph faster though.

I gained 5 tenths going from a 5 speed to a C4 (reverse manual valve body with a transbrake). You can't outshift a built C4 with a stick.
