Im trying to hook up my radiator direct and i was wondering why type, how big, and what brand toggle switch should i get.

go to autozone and look at ones you think look nice? thats what i did for my fuel pump and something else, i forgot what it was.

Do not run an electric fan directly through a toggle switch. Use a relay between the two. The relay should be rated high enough to handle the turn-on draw of the fan.
