Default Adjusting rear quarter windows on a convert

I have a 1994 GT convert, and I need to adjust the rear quarter windows for a better seal. Has anyone attempted this? I need to replace the top also, but that is another post.

Default Adjusting rear quarter windows on a 'vert

My quarter windows need adjusting to line up with the front door windows, better. I was wondering if anyone had done this themselves or had it done. No information in the chiltons about it.
Thanks in advance
