How difficult would it be to put a stroked 351w (427) into a 95 GT?

Default swap a 302 to a 351w(427)
How difficult would it be to put a stroked 351w (427) into a 95 GT and take out all of the fuel injection. Would this cause any pronlems anywhere else.

It'll fal right in u'll need the headers/oil pan for the swap i'm perty sure i'm forgetting something....Also a new fuel pump due to urs has to high of psi for the carb
