Default 1994 Mustang GT - cruise control questions

My GT does not have cruise control, but I'd like to get it added eventually. I've found the cruise control switches on eBay for $10 or so, but have the following questions:

1) how complicated is it to remove the factory blanks from the steering wheel and replace with the C/C switches? Seems like they would just "pop off", but I feel safer knowing for sure

2) (the REAL question) ...if I were to do this, um....how? Where would the wiring go, etc? Is there a tech manual somewhere on this, or should I refer to my trusty Chilton's?

Thanks in advance!

Scott

You should be able to switch the blanks with the buttons. And it shouldn't be too hard to install the system, a standard manual should be able to help you with it.
