My daughter ordered "V8" center caps for me for my birthday--apparently there is some issue with that item number b/c she has now received two complete sets of center caps with "SR" on them (although the packing orders say they are "V8" center caps). She was very surprised yesterday when I opened the box and she saw that the center caps once again said "SR." Apparently she didn't check before she gave them to me but who would have expected to get the wrong order twice?

She called A.M. yesterday and made them aware of the problem. So, hopefully, I'll eventually get a set of "V8" center caps on my car and will have that pic to post as well.

Thats ridiculous, lately AM;s been falling off their game i dunno whats going on but they need to get their stuff together.

Weird, they might have them in the wrong bin, I'll have the warehouse check into it.

The person on the phone my daughter spoke with said that he was going to go into the warehouse and visualize them for himself before they ship another order.
I just returned from UPS where I sent back the eight "SR" center caps. (order #s: 615962 and 612788)

Oh man, don't tell me that, I need my FR500's and a chin spoiler from AM. Well it would be kind of difficult for them to get it wrong, after all I have only heard good things about them, I'm just hoping they don't mess up with my order.

I don't think you have any reason for concern, American Muscle doesn't usually mess up--it's a rarity.

Ha Well then maybe YOU can explain why I paid $70 for ford racing hood pins and they didnt fit. Only AFTER I put holes through my hood. Then when I email y'all about getting a partial refund I got NO response. SO I had to buy those crappy little $60 stick on ones. So yes I do believe that your falling off your game.

Did you call us regarding this issue? We usually answer most emails in 1-2 business days depending on our current volume of incoming emails.

Emails can get mistakenly caught in SPAM/BULK mail filters in either direction. It is possible the email never got to us, or it is possible we replied but you did not get the email.

So if you did not hear back from us, I definitely would have called if I were you or tried to contact us another way like PM'ing me. I can definitely say this is the first I have ever heard of this issue.

This occurred about 2 months ago maybe and I was pretty annoyed. I think Ill just buy a hood from Cruzincincepts at least I know their products will fit. Hope you enjoy the $130 I wasted.

Ignoring the highjacking that took place here, my "V8" center caps arrived yesterday. Really like the way they look. We're installing them today. Watch for pix!

I saw the pics, they look great Im actually looking into rims that Ill be sure to buy from someplace OTHER then AM because if I rely on then Ill most likely end up with the wrong sizes. Maybe Ill get lucky and theyll return my emails about this topic, if Im blessed theyll allow me to return them.
