I had a antenna delete, no radio. Went to a 8" and I pulled in some local stations. Went back to my stock antenna, problem solved.

How come they make all these things for short people? Things like shorty antennas and short throw shifters. I'm 6'4" tall. What about things for us tall people?

I have the 8". I just like the look so much better. I don't get horible reception but do loose stations every now in then. I live pretty far out of any major areas. Any length is better than that 50 foot tall stock one. LOL I have never taken my car through a automatic car wash, they never get anything clean and is very bad for the paint depending on where you go. The 8" is easier to break though because it is a lot stiffer has no flex like the longer ones.
