We had close to 40 recipes submitted, so being in the top three is pretty sweet. I know all about "real" BBQ too. Lived in Copperas Cove, TX a few years when I was kid when my dad was stationed at Ft. Hood. Plus I have cousins near the Dallas/Ft Worth area that gifted a giant smoker BBQ to my dad so now every time I visit him I can have slow cooked brisket or ribs. If I am ever back in that area I might have to take you up on that offer. "Real" BBQ is goooooood!
