well, i will say they have been good to deal with. amnick and the crew are great, service has always been tops. however, i ordered a lsd,3.73 gears and a bearing kit in the spring on 5-22-09. so its 8-25-09 and still no parts. the gears were backordered 2 weeks, then to july, then to august. i was hoping to have a ball this summer with the gears, hit a track, race 05horse, ect ect. HELLO??? A.M.????are you out there?????? summers about over now

I ordered from LRS and got great customer service... they're on the same playing field in regards to keeping customers happy, contact, etc!! As for the UCAs/LCAs I am not technical - this is a drive around and have fun '93, we're not racing or even street racing... but the price was right and I knew if I had a problem - Nick would take care of me! (not that no one else would but we found everything we needed, price was right - discount was right and shipping was free! )

i had the same problem on my cai from them.... it took almost 3 months to get it.... they really should edit their site to show when they are out of stock so people can't order out of stock items

They do. They have live inventory. How live it is, I don't know. Everytime I've went to order something and I see that it is 'out of stock', I just wait until I see that it is in stock.
I love AM, too. They are easily my favorite vendor. They are awesome to deal with. Whenever I have had a problem (which was like once in the 10-15 orders I've placed), they were very helpful. The difference with their customer service versus everywhere else is that I felt like they actually wanted to help me and just weren't in a hurry to get me off the phone. Service like that keeps people coming back for more because it is hard to find quality service nowadays. AM always exceeds my expectations. I don't buy anything from any other vendor unless AM doesn't have exactly what I'm looking for. AM, please get some Paxton and Procharger kits for sale for S197's ASAP!

Huh? We have Live Inventory LOL. Every product says whether it is In-Stock or Out-Of-Stock, and gives an estimated shipping time. We allow Out-Of-Stock parts to be ordered because many people choose to order popular products that are out-of-stock because orders will be served in the order they are placed and ship out immediately when we receive them in...think of it like a waiting list. With Live Inventory we order the parts with ample time for them to come in, the only time we ever have a backorder is if the parts are backordered at the manufacturer...and that no retailer can have any control of.
