I know people who've placed orders on Tuesday and received on Thursday morning but I don't know about over weekends. I'm pretty sure that they promise in business days but I'll leave that for someone else to confirm.

I know this is WAY off topic ( like really I just now thought of this and dont feel like making another thread) but where the heck can i get a tuner for my 95 GT. Every single one I find is for 96 and up...

if you cant find one prolly have to chip it instead, AM has those too!

i know of an advanced chip/program but prolyl way more than your looking for.

Same place, American Muscle under chips and tuners then look for 1994-1998.

i have no clue exactly, but from what ive gathered. you get it "burned" ( programmed) at AM or another tuner.

plug in to your ECU and add a selector switch.


then you can turn the selecter to a few diff modes, stock and theft mode. weather or not this chip uses a selecter i do not know.


basicly its a tuner, but you cant have tunes emailed to you, you have to send it in/take it in to get a new/modified tune

There is a lead time on chips and handhelds that contain custom tunes because the custom tunes have to be written for your car. Depending on how busy the tuning department is it could take 1-3 business days for it to ship. After that if you selected 2 day shipping it will be to you in 2 days from when it ships.

There are no hand held tuners for pre-96 Mustangs that I know of. If you want to go to a system with user-end adjustability you would need either a Pro-Racer Package for the SCT chip or a piggy back system like a PMS Piggy Back Computer...you are looking around $1000 for a basic setup. Plus it requires some tuning knowledge and skill to use.

I know im a little late to the party but i just ordered new wheels from AM today so ive been all through there policies... They only process orderes monday - friday before 4pm est. If you ordered it early sat morning it most likely wasnt processed and shipped untill today (monday). If you got the 2 day shipping I would put my money on Wednesday it being there.. Also within a couple hours of ordereing I recieved an e-mail from them including UPS tracking number so you can know for sure what day it will come. However if they processed your order today then you prolly got the e-mail today. I clipped this from there shipping policy page hope it helps and gl.
