Default 2000 Mustang - JVC Stereo Install

I have a JVC deck that i installed in a previous car - i am now installing it in my 2000 Mustang. (has mach audio system)

(there are a couple of questions here, any help is appreciated)

I purchased the Ford harness kit and have wired everything correctly linking all colors to their corresponding ends.
When i turn the ignition to the ON position the mach speakers in the corners of the door make a POP noise, or if i turn the radion off and then back on i get the same thing. I have narrowed it down the the Blue wire with the white stripe that is causing this. Do you know of a way to fix this ?

Also, i had the mounting brackets for my previous car but it was for a slanted angle that fit directly into the dash. Is there a dash kit to hold the stereo in place for the 200 mustang ?

Thanks in advance

As far as the popoing noise goes, I'm pretty sure it's due the the Mach amp that powers the speakers. I've installed an Alpine head unit into an Infiniti I30 that has factory speakers and its the factory bose amp that is making that popping noise. I don't think there's a way around it other than to replace the factory amp and speakers.
