Well if you had originaly a crank no start on a 2004 Ford Mustang. You had one of two problems.
1. No spark
2. No Fuel.
Now since you have replaced a bunch of fuses and plug wires it will not turn over.
I would recommend putting the original fuses back in thier location and trying to start it.
Waas it acting up in anyway before you had any problems?
