Cool Antitheft activated on 1998 Mustang GT

In an attend to program an additional key, I activated my anti-theft system. Now my car won't start, even with the original key. Can this be reset or what? I am new to the forum and I really appreciate your help!
Have a blessed day!
Mike

I had this same problem putting in an aftermarket stereo on my F150 a few years ago. The trcuk thought it was something trying to steal it so the anti-theft system activated and it wouldn't start, even with the key and spare. I had to have it towed to Ford and pay 100 and something dollars to get it fixed and have a new key programmed.
