Lift the front of the car and remove the passenger side front tire.
Remove the plastic inner fender well (2pcs).
You will then see a large rubber grommet which you can trim to pass them through.
If you want you can also find some rubber grommets which fit your wire and you can then drill the appropriate sized holes in the sheetmetal next to the exixting rubber grommet and pass them through that way.
Always check to see what's behind where you are drilling first.
Once you are through the firewall most of the trim pieces are snap together so it's fairly simple to figure out how to run the wire under the carpet.

What thump said. Although if you look hard enough you can find a couple other wire boots you can slice if need be and run it through the engine bay wall that way as well, just be sure what your slicing, drilling, cutting, etc.

A friend of mine, who is an installer at one of the local audio shops, said that if the battery is pulled, you have easy access to the firewall to drill and run your wire through. I was also told that there is a place on the driver's side where you would not have to drill.

Sadly, I am not to the point where I am ready to run amp wires, so my information is just second hand.

You can always find a rubber wire through the wall thing, carefully cut a hole in that or drill it andrun the cable through that. then run it under the edge of all your internat pannels alongside the back seat to the trunk, just make sure you isolate your RCA cables so your not getting noise or EMI from the power cable. the best way to isolate it is to just run it up the oposite side of your car that you ran your power cable.
