1994 Mustang, trunk and subwoofer box?!

I have a 12" Alpine type R subwoofer and I need to know what size box to get... dimensions will be helpful.... the box I have is a square all the way around and it's JUST too big for the trunk opening! So I need something that will fit. I'm hoping to buy one today so please help!

LoL. Yeah, it's bothering me! The trunk itself is actually pretty large, but the trunk opening is tiny.
You can fit a million shoe boxes in there, but you couldn't fit 1 big box in it...

the biggest i got i was a 16wx16l (at an angle) that was like 11-13" deep, it was at slight slant, like a rhombus (shape) abd i cousl squeeze it in with force but i could easily get it out(???) i had a PowerBass 15"

actually there is a way to get a big box in the trunk its through the back seat thats the only way mine could fit

Dimensions are on the page. You could get the cuts made at home depot and assemble yourself.

the cab to trunk hole for a '94-'98 is ~32"w X ~11.75"L u could fit like 2 15's in a goofy box, i had drawn up a box for it but your tuning would be questionalbe. that leaves you with little volume. on the other hand u could do up to 4 lower wattage 12's or just two for med-high power. or do w/e.
