ok well i want to take out the old stock cd player
i guess the faceplate part with the buttons
or the head unit i guess you could call it
well i got the little U shaped tools to remove it
but i just cant seem to get it out
is there any kind of trick to its removal? please help

I just use bent pieces of coat hanger... push them in until you feel them click in and then pull the end of each tool closest to you apart as you pull the radio out
