Default Code Alarm - Gen-2 (ford installed)

I have an 07 Mustang GT/CS that came with the Dealer Installed Ford - Code Alarm Gen-2. At least that is the info you can get off the unit itself. I rreceived the Ford pamphlet that came with the alarm. So i can configure for Regular and Valet mode. Does anyone have info on setting all the other setting on the alarm system. According to the pamphlet you can call Code Systems and use their faxback system to get more info, but the initial fax from them did not include any model number i could match to the system installed. Ive searched around the Audiovox site (who is aparently the manufacturer) but couldn't find Gen-2 listed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

AZChris

Hi Chris... I am Sue, from Tempe, AZ and am new to this forum. Over the weekend, I had some problems with the same alarm system. (I Have a 2006 'Stang, tungsten grey, 2-dr coupe, with Pony Package upgrades). I replaced the car battery and, although there was plenty of cranking power, the car would not start. I tried in vain to reconfigure the alarm... nada. Then, I finally got it started by pressing and de-pressing the fuel cut-off button (located near the hood release). Does the Code alarm cut off ignition like that and make it "normal" to have to press the fuel cut-off button to start the car? ANY info you have re: the Code alarm, PLEASE forward to me. Thanks in advance.
