Has anyone else had a problem with the 6-disc in dash CD changer ejecting CD's (or not ejecting them)?

My wife's 2003 convertible v-6 mustang has the mach-6 audio system and has recent begun not ejecting CD's. The little door flap opens and you can hear the stereo's motor running, but the CD never comes out.

Are there any fixes to this?

I have had some problems with mine as well. If you try and eject just one it will often give you an error. I usually just eject all of them at once to get to the one I need. If the cd gets stuck you can push eject and gently use something to push up on the edge of the cd and that will release it. It is a pain in the arse but this is what I have found that works.
