Usually for an amp, there is another wire that is connected to the battery with an inline fuse going to the amp. If there isn't one find the amp to see if there is a fuse located in it, or the pos wire leading from the amp.
Of course the amp might be blown and if that is the case, a new fuse would just blow again.
